- 24 hr waiting period until license can be used
- No blood test
- Residency not required
- Can apply online with a credit card, but must PICK UP license in person
- Can apply in person at their Georgetown, DE office but CASH ONLY accepted
- Sussex County will waive marriage license fee for all military who apply in person
- The cost for a certified copy of your marriage license is extra
